GCA Art in the Park is a juried fine arts and fine crafts show to be held at James Beville Park the 3rd weekend in May featuring local and internationally acclaimed artists. Free Admission, Free Parking, Free Children’s Activities, Free Music, Free Yoga, Fine Arts & Fine Craft Exhibitors, Tiny Art Show, and Food Vendors…all benefiting the Grayson County Alliance Food Pantry. Held the 4th weekend in May to honor those who gave us freedom. Procession, food & entertainment. The Memorial Day Procession & Ceremony honors those who gave us freedom! The procession begins at the old Fire Station on South Main Street and ends at the Centre on Main. Family members & volunteers are ask to carry placards with the names of those Grayson County Veterans who passed during service. The Centre on Main will have guest speakers, entertainment, and free lunch provided by GC Fiscal Court.
