Leitchfield is the county seat for Grayson County, Kentucky. Centrally located at Exit 107 off the Western Kentucky Parkway. Our town is located between the Rough River Lake and Nolin Lake, both lakes provide entertainment for our residents as well as the visitors to our area during the warm seasons.

Join us for the annual Think Pink 5K fun run/walk for breast cancer awareness! This year’s event is a partnership between Made4More Fitness, Grayson County Health Department, and the Leitchfield City Tourism. Whether you want to walk, run or just show your support, make plans to attend this free event! The first 100 to register will receive a FREE T-shirt.
