Labor Day Parade
The annual Labor Day Parade will be held on Monday, September 2nd beginning at 9 a.m. The parade begins at the Southgate Mall and ends at the Grayson County Fairgrounds.Â
GC Ducking Hunger Regatta

Tickets to adopt the little racing ducks go on sale to general public on July 12 through August 31 each year. Tickets will be sold online or can be purchased at the Food Pantry just call 270-259-4000. There are only 2,000 tickets for sale and selling the all the tickets would raise $10,000 (approximately 80,000 meals) for the Alliance Food Pantry.Â
